Success Profiles

We use Success Profiles as part of our recruitment assessment. There are five elements to this - Ability, Experience, Technical, Strengths and Behaviours.

The Success Profile elements we assess you on will be role specific, meaning not every element will be assessed. We only use the areas that are relevant to the role.


As part of the process, we may use assessments to determine if you meet the essential criteria linked to these elements. For example we may use an Ability test such as Verbal Reasoning.


Interviews typically consist of questions relating to Behaviours and Strengths, although we may also ask Experience or Technical questions if they are essential criteria for the role. The candidate information pack will describe each Behaviour we'll be using so you can prepare beforehand. We don’t advertise which Strengths we will be using, as we want to hear your natural, unrehearsed response to these questions.
